New All Stainless Construction. A versatile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail *7/8” and 1” diameter. Construction consists of a husky type 316 stainless steel bracket and clamp with a 4 1/2” 316 stainless cleat. Use them for fenders and flag halyards. Installation is easily made with a screwdriver. *Will accommodate larger sizes with longer clamp.
